In a change organization there are projects running to improve the work in customer service. Projects are progressing slowly and are even at risk of failure. It is not easy between all those involved with their divergent interests.
There was an issue in the change organization. A solution has been chosen for this. Now there are ambiguities and miscommunication, due to differences in interests, rising emotions, etc. involved in both implementation and management.
