Change facilitator

In a change organization there are projects running to improve the work in customer service. Projects are progressing slowly and are even at risk of failure. It is not easy between all those involved with their divergent interests.

There was an issue in the change organization. A solution has been chosen for this. Now there are ambiguities and miscommunication, due to differences in interests, rising emotions, etc. involved in both implementation and management. My management consultancy helps you to create space in the stuck parts. Then find opportunities there to get going again and keep going towards the end. Then you take over again.

Loosening the ropes is done by (re)discovering the human dignity. What then arizes to the surface, together with those people, to arrive at a result with the project. Making things more flexible leads to agile organizations. I am an expert in this. I am independent and my specialization is to simplify the course of processes. In doing so, I apply the principles of the Cochin Approach. I apply various methods (in conversations, work conferences, etc.) that are intended to make the differences clear. That gives energy and that helps to get movement in the process.

Situations sometimes require specific expertise. Through my years of experience I have built up a network of highly experienced professionals. I always work with people who think and act from the point of view of being human. All wish to contribute to the work and development of the client. That is their basis for further personal development.
