All courses focus on creating a mindset, i.e. bringing about a change in people’s thinking and actions regarding their perception (the lens through which) they look at processes in organizations. It is about training

o create that mindset (key material = Steven Covey’s 3rd alternative)

o How you do that in concrete terms with people (based on my book “with 10 gears results”)

o how you manage issues in organizations in concrete terms (based on systemic management)

o how you do that for yourself (based on the development model of Enneagram (its basis, including the characterization and process model. Complete this with the REISS motivations.

o Introduce and apply new business models. The first Dutch-language B-corp workbook “Better business models, a better world” is used here.

o Create an administrative information supply that supports the implementation and application of business models in the purpose economy
