My faith 

I believe that because of the human aspects the diversity of people exists, that applies to everyone, including me. That makes open-mindedness towards people and letting them be the way they are. This makes people feel free. That gives space and they come together. Together they look for other ways to achieve results. With this positive approach they go to work and contribute better in and to the group, department and organization for which they work. This benefits everyone involved and dissatisfaction disappears. Result: the organization runs smoothly and achieves the desired RESULT. Working on that is my experience, in this way I contribute to making the life and work of people in organizations more beautiful.

Common thread: credibility in the economy of meaning

I feel most comfortable in assignments where a lot is at stake, with a lot of pressure on time, money, trust and reputation. Ensuring continuity of the organization in times when nothing resembles what was before. Everything will be different. A new balance between people and nature is necessary due to the attention for the climate, sustainability, Corona, etc. All matters that will affect the business at the core and thus the economic business aspects of organizations. What then?! Then work together towards renewed confidence in the people themselves and in your customers: because relationships that notice you keep delivering on your promises, they stay.

Projects in motion by finding and going another way to Rome with refreshed courage.

Many plans, ideas and activities in organizations do not get off the ground or get stuck at some point. And that is harmful, especially if you cannot keep promises to your (internal) customers. Sometimes things stagnate because of an unclear goal, but much more often because the chosen path is apparently not the right one. I am happy to help you get over the dead center and ensure that you can continue on your own.
