Future-oriented business development
Most profit and non-profit organizations and institutions want to be viable now and in the future. They achieve this viability by developing their organization in such a way that they will realize their desired position in the market, society and the customer. When we talk about strategy, most organizations mean that development towards that position. This is also known as the pursuit of continuity. Whether an organization is viable is almost always measured on the basis of the profit that is made or how cost-efficient the organization is. That is the strategy of striving for profit maximization. Whether the development of the organization has led to the desired position is always a question.
Now both life and work stand at a crossroads. A different focus on economics is needed. After all, climate, sustainability, etc. force organizations to structure their strategy differently. After all, the demand from the market, the structure of society and the requirements of customers change. This has a major impact on the financial and economic structure of organizations. Not going with the flow means the end of existence.
