Taking steps together, shaping interventions and especially behavior with which we bring your ambition to life from moment one

Due to the change process, departments and teams may no longer see the wood for the trees. There will be many ambiguities that make people insecure. Then my expertise will come in handy. We will then travel together. Together we make an inventory of the bottlenecks in the team’s ins and outs. My input mainly has a guiding function for the process that people do together. It is important that a well-considered supporting process is initiated for the people. A process that provides solutions for the bottlenecks and above all makes concrete the role that the department has in the change process.

Often such a process is trying, creating, inspiring, and celebrating. The change approach is based on the Cochin approach, ie that humane results are achieved. We go on a journey with the people from the department, from the team, from the business unit. So with everyone. Cochin approach is not the path to change, how the people do it and their approach is itself the change. Your people, with my support, will literally and figuratively say goodbye to the well-trodden path. Looking for unknown places. Meaningful conversations, deep insights and personal transformation that you see and feel. Every step that they want to and successfully take is a confirmation of what they have devised and are doing together. This inspires and encourages them to continue.

This is different from team building, which involves a fixed group of people in a team. I use T.E.A.M.-ing which stands for Together Everybody Achieves More. The point is to achieve optimal cooperation with those people at that place at that time. In other situations (eg after a new reorganization or the like) there is a different “content” of a collaboration.

So it’s not about making everyone look in the same direction. That forces people to stand exactly as someone else wants. With T.E.A.M.-ing, it is about each person having their own strength and based on that their own thing to contribute to the common goal. Collaboration is established on this basis. That’s T.E.A.M.-ing. That is giving concrete meaning to human dignity.
