Often, the transition to impact entrepreneurship involves many aspects of an organisation. People in business-as-usual tend to have overcrowded schedules. There is often a complexity of processes, tools, ICT, bickering between people constantly changing procedures, etc.! All characteristics of the craziness behind the front door of organisations.
